What’s Next

The truth is, there isn’t much of a sustainable beach gear industry today. A few companies are trying, and we work hard to find them, but there just aren’t enough yet. That’s why one of our biggest goals is to uplift the companies doing the hard work of making better gear by growing the number of products we offer that use recycled, organic, or otherwise lower-impact materials. As more makers step up and innovate, we are expanding our collection so customers can choose gear that’s better for beaches, rivers, lakes, and the ocean without having to dig for it.
